1. Liability Disclaimer

Sol Modern is not liable for any damage that may occur to your vehicle during or after detailing, window tinting, or paint protection film (PPF) services. This includes but is not limited to pre-existing damage, worn or brittle parts, or damage caused by chemical reactions or environmental conditions.

2. Payment Policy

All services must be booked and paid for in advance. We do not accept payments after service completion. This policy ensures that your appointment is reserved and helps us manage our schedule efficiently.

3. Refund Policy

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for car detailing, window tinting, or paint protection film services once a booking has been confirmed. Please be sure of your selection before booking.

4. Warranty on Window Tint and Paint Protection Film (PPF)

Both our window tint and paint protection film (PPF) services include a 5-year limited warranty. This warranty covers manufacturer defects and material failure such as peeling, bubbling, cracking, discoloration, or delamination under normal use.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper installation by third parties, poor maintenance, or environmental hazards (e.g., sap, acid rain, road debris).

5. Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to disclose any concerns regarding their vehicle’s condition before service begins. We recommend removing all personal items from the vehicle prior to the appointment.

6. Changes to These Terms

E&G Auto Mobile Detailing reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review them regularly.
